Prohibited Content
Do not post content on Neptune if it includes any of the following:
Violent or Graphic Content
- Inciting violence against individuals or specific groups.
- Fights involving minors.
- Footage, imagery, or audio of road accidents, natural disasters, war aftermath, terrorist attacks, riots, or other violent events intended to shock or disgust viewers.
- Graphic depictions of bodily fluids, such as blood or vomit, intended to shock or disgust.
- Footage of corpses with severe injuries, including severed limbs.
Animal Abuse Content
- Content depicting humans coercing animals to fight.
- Content showing humans maliciously mistreating animals outside of traditional practices like hunting or food preparation.
- Content glorifying or promoting serious neglect, mistreatment, or harm toward animals.
- Staged animal rescues that harm animals for the purpose of creating content.
- Graphic depictions of animal injuries or suffering designed to shock or disgust viewers.
Dramatized or Fictional Content
- Dramatized or fictional depictions of prohibited content without clear context that it is fictional or staged.
Content Not Allowed In Any Format
Neptune does not allow the following content, even if presented as educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic context:
- Violent physical sexual assaults.
- Footage recorded by perpetrators during deadly or violent events where weapons, violence, or victims are visible or audible.
This policy applies to all forms of content on Neptune, including videos, descriptions, thumbnails, live streams, comments, and external links.
Examples of Violations
Below are examples of content that violate Neptune's policy:
- Encouraging others to commit violence or inciting violent acts against individuals or groups.
- Videos of real-life fights involving minors. (Play fighting may be allowed if it is clearly staged.)
- Brawls or beatings outside of professional or supervised events.
- Content depicting animal cruelty, such as neglect, staged rescues, or abusive practices.
- Graphic imagery of severe injuries, corpses, or bodily fluids with no educational or artistic context.
These are just examples and do not represent a complete list. Do not post content if you suspect it may violate this policy.
What Happens If Content Violates This Policy
Enforcement Actions
If your content breaches this policy, it will be removed, and you will receive a notification of action taken. Additionally, if we are unable to verify the safety of any content you have posted, it may also be subject to removal. Any content that violates our guidelines, whether included in posts or metadata, may lead to the removal of that content and any related media.
Severe Violations
Content that poses imminent harm or involves egregious violations, such as promoting violence or animal cruelty, may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Neptune reserves the right to bypass warnings or strikes for severe violations. Additionally, such content may be reported to law enforcement or relevant authorities when necessary.
