How To Edit Your Profile

One of the best features of Neptune is the ability to customize your profile to be exactly how you want. There are plenty of different ways to customize, so check out the following articles to learn more about making your profile unique.

Basic Profile Customizations

To access the basic profile customizations:

1. Navigate to your Profile
2. Click the Profile Menu in the top right corner

The Basic Profile Customization page has 5 areas you can change to make your profile unique. 

1. Profile Photo: This is Visible on your profile, comments, and other areas of Neptune. It is the main image for your account.

2. Cover Photo: This is the photo that takes up a majority of your profile when someone visits it - right behind your profile photo.

3. Display Name: This is NOT the same as your handle - it is what displays as your name on your profile, in comments, and other places on Neptune.

4. Bio: This is the place to tell everyone on Neptune all about yourself. 

5. Link: Your shop, website, external content, streaming platform, link list - let people know where else they can find you! 

To save your changes once you're done, select Save Profile.
To revert your changes back to what they were previously, select Reset Changes.

Profile Colors & Advanced Customization

To access the basic profile customizations:

1. Navigate to your Profile
2. Click the Customize Button.

There are many different things you can customize in the Profile Appearance settings. Neptune has easy to use sliders that can help fine-tune to exactly how you want something to look.

1. Profile Picture
   - Opacity
2. Banner Image
   - Contrast
   - Saturation
   - Brightness
   - Blur
3. Display Name
   - Color
   - Opacity
4. Neptune Number
   - Color
   - Opacity
   
5. Interactive Elements
   - Color
   
6. Profile Tab Bar
   - Background

Once you are happy with your customizations, select Apply to make the changes final.
