Neptune allows content related to firearms within specific guidelines. While we support educational and artistic discussions about firearms, we do not permit content that promotes violence, illegal activities, or the sale of firearms and accessories. All firearm-related content must be tagged as 18+ using Neptune’s content tagging system.

  • No firearms (including prop weapons) are allowed on live streams.
  • Prop weapons are permitted but must be clearly labeled as props.
  • Content promoting the sale or modification of firearms is strictly prohibited.

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement agency.

What This Policy Means for You

Prohibited Content

Do not post content on Neptune if it includes any of the following:

  • Selling or Promoting the Sale of Firearms or Firearm Accessories
    • Offering firearms or certain accessories for private sale.
    • Linking to sites where firearms or the following accessories are sold:
      • Devices that enable automatic or simulated automatic fire (e.g., bump stocks, gatling triggers, drop-in auto sears, conversion kits).
      • High-capacity magazines or belts carrying more than 30 rounds.
  • Instructions on Firearm Manufacturing or Modification
    • Making or assembling firearms, ammunition, or firearm accessories such as homemade silencers/suppressors.
    • Modifying a firearm to automatic or simulated automatic firing.
    • Removing firearm safety devices, except for legal temporary disablement (e.g., gun locks).

Firearm Handling in Live Streams

Holding, handling, or transporting firearms in live streams is not allowed. This includes all firearms, whether real, modified, or prop weapons.

Age-Restricted Content

Some firearm-related content may not violate Neptune’s policies but must be tagged as 18+ due to its nature. This includes:

  • Use of a homemade firearm (e.g., 3D-printed gun).
  • Use of automatic firearms or firearms with high-capacity magazines.
  • Firing of firearms with certain restricted accessories (e.g., silencers, bump stocks).

We make exceptions for public interest content, such as:

  • Military or police training footage.
  • News coverage of firearm-related events.
  • Artistic content (e.g., films, historical reenactments, video games).

Examples of Prohibited Content

  • Attempting to sell or privately trade firearms via Neptune.
  • Providing step-by-step instructions to fabricate or modify firearms.
  • Demonstrating how to install bump stocks or similar accessories.
  • Live streaming while handling, carrying, or transporting firearms.
  • Posting links to sites where firearms or restricted accessories are sold.

These are just some examples; if your content may violate this policy, do not post it.

What Happens If Content Violates This Policy?

  • First Violation → Content will be removed, and you will receive a warning.
  • Further Violations → A strike will be issued. Each strike remains active for 90 days.
  • Three Strikes in 90 Days → Your account will be terminated.
  • Severe Violations → Content involving illegal firearm sales, manufacturing, or safety violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Neptune reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these guidelines. Report violations to help keep Neptune a safe and compliant platform.
