Neptune prioritizes the safety and integrity of our creators, viewers, and community members. We rely on each of you to help us foster a vibrant and authentic environment. Understanding our Community Guidelines is essential to this shared responsibility. Please take the time to read the policy below carefully. You can also visit other parts of our Community Guidelines for a complete list of our rules.
Neptune prohibits activities or content that artificially inflate metrics such as views, likes, comments, or other engagement statistics. This includes using automated systems or deceptive practices to generate engagement and creating content designed solely to incentivize interactions without genuine intent. Content or accounts that violate this policy may be removed or terminated.
Important: If you hire a third party to promote your account or content, their actions may directly impact your account. Any methods that violate our policies, whether initiated by you or a hired party, can result in content removal or account termination.
We define legitimate engagement as authentic interactions in which a user’s primary intent is to genuinely engage with content. Engagement becomes illegitimate when it results from coercion, deception, or actions solely aimed at financial gain.
If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it. Instructions for reporting violations of our Community Guidelines can be found here. If you need to report multiple pieces of content from one user, report the account instead.
